Bio
Adrian Marquez is a Mexican-American author, medical doctor, and full-time coffee addict based in San Francisco. By day, he works in the medical device world; by very early morning (and sometimes on airplanes), he writes twisty murder mysteries with heart. His debut novel, Murder on Page Street, was born on New Year’s Day 2024 and finished before the clock struck 2025—talk about a resolution that stuck. He writes stories he wishes existed when he was growing up: suspenseful, emotional, and unapologetically queer. Adrian lives in the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood with his Xoloitzcuintle, who supervises all writing sessions. He believes every good plot twist should be followed by a strong cup of coffee.
